Singapore Swimming's
National,

Singapore's standard of
performances at the national and
international level of swimming
competitions, and instil
a greater sense of national
pride.
SSA's Swimming High Performance
Team (HPT) shall determine the
final composition of each of the
Squads, per SSA's national high
performance direction. Athletes
will be placed in the highest
Squad for which they qualify and
are selected, and will be
ineligible for any other Squads.
HPT will evaluate Squad members
on at least the following
factors:
: Performance
: Commitment
: Attendance
: Attitude
: Application
: Progress toward set
targets
The inaugural 2009 Squads will
be chosen from performances
achieved at the 40th Singapore
National Age Group Swimming
Championships 2009 (SNAG2009)
and 5th Singapore National
Swimming Championships 2009
(SNSC2009).
The 2010 Squads will be selected
on the basis of performances achieved
between 1 January 2009 and 31
December 2009.
Competitions being considered
are SNAG2009,
SNSC2009 and any national and/or
age-group competitions while
representing Team Singapore.
Standards and criteria will be
reviewed annually or as SSA
